This delightful cocktail is a twist on the usual martini cocktail, with an added zest of a blood orange, a Mediterranean fruit favorite. The recipe is very simple really: Â squeeze blood orange juice, and mix with citrus vodka and orange liqueur like cointreau or triple sec, and viola, you have it!
